Refund policy

Our clothing webshop does not offer refunds.
Customers may exchange their purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date.
The exchanged item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
We will process the exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may receive store credit or choose another item of equal value.
We do not offer exchanges for items that were purchased on sale or clearance.
Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the cost of shipping for the return and exchange.
